These terms govern your use of ResumeHarbor, operated by Web Friendly Help LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
ResumeHarbor helps you build, import, tailor, and export resumes and cover letters with AI assistance. We may change or improve features over time.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
ResumeHarbor is offered as a subscription priced at 15 US dollars per month, billed through our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the current billing period. Generating and exporting final documents requires an active subscription. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
- Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt or probe the service.
- Submit content you do not have the right to use.
- Misrepresent your identity or qualifications in documents you create.
Your content
You own the content you provide and the documents you create. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the service (including sending relevant text to a third-party AI provider to generate your results). See our privacy policy.
AI-generated content
The service uses AI to assist with wording and formatting. AI output may contain errors and is provided for your review. You are responsible for verifying that your documents are accurate and truthful before using them. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as interviews or job offers.
Intellectual property
The ResumeHarbor name, software, and design are owned by us. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Web Friendly Help LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
